A lot of riders feel a little uncomfortable the first time they use bar end shift levers. Here’s a technique to keep you from wandering all over the road when you’re shifting.

Thanks Georgena – which I’d had this video when I bought my Symmetry in ’96! I think I gradually began doing this somewhat naturally. I LOVE bar ends now, whenever I have the opportunity to use a bike with traditional shifters, I just hate the reach – though of course usually the bike won’t be as good a fit as my Symmetry… You keep us going Georgena!
