Suzanne Girard Eberle, a board-certified sports dietician discusses the path to becoming a normal eater. Suzanne is a former elite runner and cyclist as well as a nutrition therapist. In this audio, she discusses eating "right", finding your ideal weight and the problem with weight loss as a goal. Good nutrition and healthy eating habits are built around three key elements: mind, muscle and mouth. Just as a three-legged stool is most sturdy with each leg intact, so is our nutritional foundation. Her book, Endurance Sports Nutrition, is applicable to all cyclists.
