KICK START YOUR BIKE SECURITY.

August 25, 2016 By Paula Dyba 5 Comments

Sadly, we have employees who’ve had bicycles stolen recently from their homes. The innovative guys at Hiplok have introduced a whole new level of home bike security that’s currently being featured on Kickstarter. It’s a rack, it’s a lock, it’s the world’s first high security bike storage hanger. Something you didn’t even know you needed. Back the project and get yours first…

The Airlok is an interesting concept. While I’m not interested in participating in the Kickstarter campaign – would be interested in purchasing one. Could Terry carry them in Jan after they are real eased ?

Thank them for the new design ! I have had too many bikes stolen in my 63 yrs. Always locked. I’ve learned to bring any bike of value into my home.

Great idea – especially if bikes are left in the garage. Now the locking rack photography about is drilled into brick. How secure will this device be if attached to drywall? A common building material used in the typical US home construction.. I could imagine this rack with along with a bike could easier get ripped out of the wall.

I’ve had a good bike stolen from inside my home.
I would imagine you’d attach this to the stud, not the drywall.
